2007 has witnessed unprecedented tempo in multiple countries and shows no signs of relenting with 4-6 Crisis Practitioners and Continuity Planners on task every business day. This increased tempo is in part due to the resources boom in Australia and it is in part because we are well established in many parts of Asia and the Gulf.
Andrew Della-Vedova has stepped up to the mark as Chief Operating Officer and he has now taken on a global coordinating role to free our CEO on growing our business in the Gulf, SW Asia (particularly India where we are firmly committed) and our traditional markets in NE and SE Asia where we obtain almost 40% of our revenue.
We are at a point where we need to very selectively recruit new consultants to join our project team especially to support our growing East Coast market in Australia. We need people who can write quickly and who can work from first principles. We need people who can work the spectrum from the boardroom through to the control room. We need people who can present neatly and succinctly on paper. We need people who can speak with passion about life skills on their feet.
